Report for Pelerin Magazine with Lou Garcon.

The XXI is an inclusive restaurant located in Rouen. The establishment employs a majority of people with Down's syndrome in an atmosphere that is both light and emancipating.

The company adapts to the specificities of its employees, with limited working hours, a light menu to facilitate the taking of orders and a lot of support and training.

Because the first objective of XXI is the well-being of its disabled employees, the work is carried out in a certain routine, not changing habits, to avoid unforeseen and stressful situations.

The idea is to hire the employees on a permanent basis so that they can become independent and integrate into the world of work so that after one year they can find a stable job in a normal restaurant and leave their place at the XXI to new people with disabilities.
